Renata Nunes currently lives in Marietta, Oklahoma, but calls
Zacarias, Brazil, home. As the daughter of a Professional Bull
Riders’ legend and the 2010 PBR World Champion, Renato Nunes, Renata
was born with a love of bulls.

When Renata was only a few months old, Renato relocated his family
from Brazil to a ranch in Boyd, Texas, to pursue his bull riding
career on the PBR rodeo circuit. In 2015, after an impressive career
with millions of dollars in winnings, Renato decided to retire, and
the family returned to Brazil. Renata spent her teen years living on
her family’s sprawling bucking bulls ranch in Zacarias, until 2024,
when her dream to compete in the United States compelled her to leave
Brazil and move to Marietta, Oklahoma. Now on her own, she is pursuing
her dream in America to win her first buckle and to carry on her
father’s legacy.

When she’s not in the practice pen or riding bulls at a rodeo,
Renata works at South Lake Ranch in Marietta, Oklahoma, where she
cares for animals and embraces the true Western way of life. Most
recently, she won a rodeo in Graham, Texas.
